About zt99

Who We Are

zt99 is one of Bangladesh's most recognized online gaming and sports betting platforms, purpose-built to serve the growing community of Bangladeshi players who want a reliable, entertaining, and secure environment to enjoy casino games and bet on their favourite sports. From our early days as a small digital gaming operator to becoming a household name in the Bangladesh iGaming space, our journey has been defined by a single-minded focus on the player experience.

We operate with transparency and a deep respect for the communities we serve. Our platform draws players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond, offering them a world-class gaming destination that feels local, speaks their language, and understands what they value most: fair odds, fast payouts, and a broad selection of games that span cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and special categories like Mines Grand and Mermaid Fishing.

Built to Deliver a Fairer, More Enjoyable Game

Our mission at zt99 is straightforward: give every Bangladeshi player access to a premium online gaming experience that is honest, entertaining, and built around their needs. We believe that great gaming is not about flashy gimmicks — it is about delivering consistent quality, protecting the player, and making every session genuinely enjoyable. Every feature we build, every game we add to the platform, and every support interaction we have is measured against that standard.

We are also deeply committed to responsible gaming. zt99 promotes healthy play habits and provides all registered players with tools to manage their time and spending. We firmly uphold the 21+ age restriction, and our platform actively discourages problem gambling behaviour by offering self-assessment resources and direct access to support services.

The Principles That Guide Everything We Do

Every decision at zt99 — from platform design to customer service — is guided by four foundational values that define who we are as a company.

• ✅ Fairness — All games on the zt99 platform use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by the house or any third party.
• 🛡️ Security — Player data is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption. We never share personal information with unauthorized third parties and adhere strictly to our Privacy Policy.
• 🌐 Transparency — We publish clear terms and conditions for every promotion. Wagering requirements, withdrawal timelines, and eligibility rules are always stated plainly so players know exactly what they are agreeing to.
• 🤝 Community — zt99 is more than a gaming platform. We sponsor local cricket content, run seasonal promotions around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day, and actively listen to player feedback to improve the platform continuously.

Made for Bangladeshi Players, by People Who Understand Bangladesh

zt99 was designed from the ground up with the Bangladeshi player in mind. We know that the players in Dhaka and Chittagong want fast mobile performance even on 4G networks. We know that players in Sylhet and Rangpur depend on bKash and Nagad for their everyday transactions and expect those same services to work seamlessly on a gaming platform. We know that cricket is not just a sport in Bangladesh — it is a national passion, which is why our cricket betting section covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and every major Bangladesh Tigers fixture with pre-match and live betting options.

Beyond cricket, our player base enjoys a diverse catalogue of slot games, fishing games, live dealer tables, and instant-win titles sourced from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Whether you are a first-time player depositing ৳500 through Nagad or a high-frequency bettor placing live in-play wagers on the IPL final, zt99 has the depth and breadth to meet your expectations. Our 24/7 customer support team is available in English to assist with any account, payment, or gameplay query.

Fast, Local Deposits and Withdrawals

We support the payment methods that Bangladeshi players actually use. Deposit and withdraw in BDT using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, Visa, and Mastercard. Transactions are processed promptly, and our support team is available if any payment issue arises.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At zt99, we take responsible gaming seriously. Our platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, take regular breaks, and treat gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. If you or someone you know is experiencing signs of problem gambling, we urge you to reach out to our support team or visit the Responsible Gaming section of this site.

zt99 provides self-exclusion tools, session time reminders, and deposit limit features directly within your account settings. We have zero tolerance for underage gambling and require all players to complete identity verification as part of our KYC process. These measures exist to protect the long-term wellbeing of our players and maintain the integrity of our platform.
